Chat program in Java :0

Personally, I like the GUI, the only one error is that the sockets aren't closing correctly, thus after you host a server, then you disconnect, you have to wait a couple of minutes before you can use that port again, I have no fucking idea why. Anyway, here it is. Rate it :@ Btw its 1 on 1 chat.
