Also, it's not that the game is poorly written it's that it uses source engine and it's well known that you can do all sorts of neat stuff using commands in source engine games. Look at all the cheats/hacks for CS:S, HL, L4D, TF2, etc. There are even servers that allow the use of commands and have sv_cheats enabled by default.

Actually, he's right. Nexon is known for their crappy code, including improper datatypes (like using signed integers for money). Source Engine has nothing to do with it.
