Honestly the only proof i've seen is screenshots and videos. It would be a little different if it wasn't screenshots/videos of the character who is "making" these rings. And if they did exist why haven't none been in the market? Because there is someone STUPID enough to do it.

Of course it's hard to prove it without actual proof, but it's not the easiest thing to do from what I'm told, and that means that the only people with the hacks would be intelligent people who wouldn't create evidence or put them on the market. (meaning the rings, seeing as he put crimsons on the market)
