Instructions

INSERT opens and closes the menu.
LEFT CLICK turns on the item.
RIGHT CLICK turns off the item.
If you are ingame, press ESCAPE so then the cursor appears.

I couldnt get the injector to work it said i am missing msvcp100d.dll, i downloaded it but doesnt know where to put it
