1. open it 2. menu - browser options 3. fast setup 4. click the x in the top left 5. menu - proxy settings 6. default - set proxy 7. wait for it to load.

It has a separate window on the side just for Facebook(Mobile site) without a url bar (for the Facebook window) but it does have a separate set of buttons (Back, Forward, and Refresh)
