I think not. There are very high chances of someone who wants to trade to get scammed/keylogged.

I'd advise as a no. You can go ahead and trade your accounts but there is a possibility that the person will be hacking on the account and get it banned right before he trades without anyone knowing except for the account owner and the unfortunate customer. There's many possibilities for a no and only a few for a yes.
