cod 4 hack undetectable 1.7

How do I get the hack to work in the game?

Alright so i open the hack and it says inject or something
do you open cod 4 then press ok?
i tried it but when i join a game it crashes

I use Antivir PE Classic and it detects everything that i can on COD4 as a virus..... I don't want to get rid of it so i hope this is virus free.

is this for the computer or the ps3

why do i copy/paste the hack in CoD4 directory and then launch it and i keep getting that windows error and then decide "Report or not" ofc i say not, but it doesnt matter now. how can i fix that?

just put the 2 files from daves zip on cod4 folder..and the d3dx9_38.dll file same thing, put on the cod4 folder...then click daves.exe to inject then play cod4.. it turns on automatically (well for my experience w/ this hack)... so yeh.. gluck!
