Fresh CA install giving hack error

I reinstalled CA fresh from nexon, when I fire it up clean I get this error message about a hacking tool in unknown location but I'm not using one. error code is

(unknown (0x10000073))

wtf is that?

You didn't fully uninstall the game.

1. Uninstall CA
2. Then restart your pc
3. Delete Nexon folder in your local drive
4. Download CCleaner
5. Run CCleaner & clean out Registry
6. Then download a fresh copy of CA
7. Install CA
8. Your done!
