Is error code 0 the ban code? If not what is it? Help!

Someone posted somewhere that the ban codes might be (they weren't completely sure) -1 and -3.
I'm pretty sure Error code 0 is a ban. I got it and could never get on that file again, then they told me I was banned. >_<
