solitude problem

so i Downloaded solitude rat and i cant get it working
i got the IP went BUILD SERVER - Connections and then the IP/DNS 62.XX.XXX.XX and the problem is , how to find the PORT ?
by default it is 3340 but when i press connect it says status : DEAD .
I'm not trying to RAT anyone on mpgh just my friend

third he's a bullying the 4th graders (where my sister is in)
whenever I'm infront of the class like readin my report or smth. he always makes shit so i would laugh and the teachers get mad that im laughing
and I'm bored as fuck too .

Never heard of that rat before. I suggest you use darkcomet or cybergate. Google them to find the website, download links, tutorials, community support also..
