Go over to his house, get on the computer, when he goes bathroom or away pull up whatsmyip.org or something that's shows IP/Port, right it down, close window, erase history, boom

Make them go to hamachi and be on the same network. It shows their IP near their name.

Well it's easy if you have your RAT client installed on his computer programmed to send the IP/Port over email, but judging by OP's lack of IP it seems his client doesn't have that feature so going to his house and manually doing it seems to be the next best thing for him. I have experience giving people RAT's
