He can't take legal action though, since uploading hacks are against Nexon's EULA/ToS so it is turn illegal. Like a drug dealer calling the police because another gang stole their cocaine. Nothing you can really do.

Nexon has it's own legal division... I doubt MPGH does. Nexon has 4 million + users. MPGH has 800k. Nexon makes a full time income. MPGH is a large site, but does not nearly make as much money as Nexon.

I love MPGH, but in a legal battle, I believe Nexon would win
