Anyone know how to reformat a HDD without a CD drive?

With the CD-Drive fucked you don't really have a chance...Usually you would just put in the Windows (or should i say OS?) CD, then just reformat it with the windows launched from it...I don't see an other way, its like you would try to destroy and rebuild you seat while sitting on it
