New mod

I plan to make a new mod were animals all can be domesticated.
Example: Give a cow two weat and itll follow you till you right click him/her almost like the dog BUT when you right click him/her they wont just stay in one spot they will move about and ill try to make them eat grass i dont know yet.

I have no clue when the mod will be ready and i need a link to somewere to help me to find something to do this mod.
