what windows to install?

i dont know what windows should i install because i want lagg free.
my specs.:
Processor:Intel QUAD Core 2.4GHz
Ram:4,00GB
64-bit

Win 7. Obviously.

Seven or XP.

After I tried the 7, I couldn't go back to XP.

IDK about xp, i never actoually used it except in school so i cant really say. didnt like the whole taskbar, search thing and few more. But it surely might run faster.

Btw if you change 7 to classic theme then that's obviously better than xp
