someone help me with applying map skins please

so i see a lot of these downloads available
and i see the instructions but being such a noob i dont understand how to apply them T_T
can someone post a youtube video of themsleves doing it?

SASEA cannot patch map skin.

yea, if u are patching the skins to na it will work, if you patch to sea then it wont..
