Nut Meg + Sage, it wont get you buzzed but it will relax.

Less nutmeg then sage, the nutmeg is basically what gives you the nice soothing smell. The sage is like steroids for the nutmeg and dont take too much you will cough if not grounded right.
A bowl (for a small pipe) is all you should take and then just relax. Also plumb wine is good with it.
