Summer time

Meh, this was made in June, pretty much the last time I was inspired to use Photoshop.

You realise seasons change depending on the time zone you're in?

I live in US.
Las vegas.

June is summer, and in vegas its very hot.
No surfers, but was still inspired by a magazine.

Don't worry about Scrcrw, he does have good experience with graphics and photography, but he can be a pain in the ass with his attitude, sometimes his 'flame' i'd consider good because demeaning criticism is more piercing to ones feelings and helps with improvement , but sometimes it's just a useless rule-breaking problem.

The sig is too bright especially in the top right corner.

Ah... You may notice that on the left clouds are ultra dark and then a sudden change to very bright white clouds with some light behind it... Like, thats super weird. I think u added a gradient layer out there, and that made it a bit bad IMO. Apart that... its good

I didn't, it's the way the photo is in a way. The sun is bursting through the clouds, and when I brightened it a tad, that was my outcome, which I was okay with.

I have gotten 'its over sharpened' a lot, lol, honestly I think the same when I look at it, but I never sharpened it, it's just the way it is. xD

You probably did something to give it that over saturated pixelated look in certain areas.
