i need vb08 or vb10 cuz i try to download when im in setup it brings some problem says failed runtime c++ thing then every progam is failed so i cant do it so can some1 make an attachment here with vc08 or vc10 and dont post the setup i just need the program thank you bye

You need microsoft Framework 4 to run it

You need NetFrameWork 3.5 or 4.0.
I'm Xp and it work fine with 3.5.

is windows 7 good for vb 2008 and vb 2010 cuz i wanna format windows 7 but i dont know how to i want to get windows xp

Seven is better than XP, but this depends of your computer specification.

Is just save your files and use a Windows XP disk to format it.
Almost the same process, nothing so different like you're saying.

Try using Net FrameWork 3.5
