actually no ones for sure if time is the 4 dimension or 5

there are 3 spatial (dimensions) that have been established and are commonly known as length, width, and height. but when in Minkowski space their properties change, so the 4 spatial could be time but it could also be something called tetraspace, which is a dimension of time in space. so before trying to prove something know wat ur talking about

The smell-o-vision crap never took off because audience reaction was overwhelmingly negative. It takes away from the immersion instead of adding to it.

M-theory discusses 11 dimensions... and 4d is time-space relationship....

and 4d in a cinematic sense means effects that apply to other senses rather than just vision. for example, if the character gets sprayed with water, a mechanism under the char will spray water at you too, or if they walk into a bakery, you will be able to smell the delicacies.
