Alright, I figured out why I can't do this. He posts his opinions of our relationship and along with other crap on a site called Tumblr. I really really dislike that. We just finished talking and theres already something depressing up there leading back to me. I don't think he knows I read it.

Oh god. Why in fuck does he do that, that's not only shit nobody needs to hear about, but more personal to be just posted on such an awful website. I highly reccomend you confront him, and ask why in hell he does that, have an arguement of why you do not like it, ending in him agreeing to not do that. Then break up if you like, or if the arguement gets big enough
