which program I can create scripts? ... I use encoder decoder warrock but not working

weapon script concerning Itemshop may not work properly but weapon script about unlimited ammo or damage still works in WR JP.

i know a site were there is a tutorial how to make weapons scripts (you can only change damage an how much ammo you have you can not change the shop)
but the site is in dutch ....
