you run main(); lol


say you had

int SomeFunctionHere();

you'd run SomeFunctionHere(); wherever you would like to execute that function (and yeah parse variables and shit through its parameters, but in short, use main(); )

It should be added that if you need to call main at any point in your program, it's usually due to a messed up flow in your programming. I mean, execution will start from main anyway and that's where you'll return after calling a function so there should never be a need to call it.
