need help with mcapubhack??

so here it goes... recently downloaded the hack above... got it working... this was yesterday... today i try to start the hack, then run the game... webpage pops up, i log onto combat arms... and boom, i dont see the hack registration crap at the bottom and it wouldnt work.... i tried over and over.... for some reason it just wont load and work... can anyone help me out with this??? last thing i can think of is redownload it... because it dont make sense that it worked yesterday but not today!!
