READ BEFORE ASKING FOR HELP

As I have been recently inducted as PHS, I have found it very difficult to provide specific solutions and answers towards your problems. As a result, I have formulated a specific structure in your requests for help which will convenient both helpers and yourself.

Below is how you should create an ideal thread requiring help and assistance from other members:

Also I have noticed a few issues with answers from people who are trying to give "solutions." I have found some posts as just sheer spam who aren't helping the thread maker at all. Try to avoid the following:

-Posting solutions that the thread maker has clearly indicated that they have tried. E.g. suggesting to the threadmaker to reinstall CA when they have indicated they have already done so.

-READ the thread clearly, I have seen totally unrelated/inappropriate solutions posted. E.g. Telling the threadmaker to reinstall the game when they are just having problems with hacks.

-DON'T BEG FOR THANKS OR REP!!!!!!!!!! THEY WILL REP/THANK YOU IF YOUR ADVICE IS GOOD. BEGGING FOR THESE IS JUST PLAIN SAD!

-Don't say I don't know, either you contribute or don't post anything.

-Don't repeat answers from other members and just reword them. You may comment on whether or not their solutions/advice is appropriate or not. E.g. Don't listen to him it'll ruin your client etc.
