Byte Cipher issue.

Anyone know whats wrong? I clicked browse and this happens and i uploaded a picture of the pop-up.
O yeah and if anyone else has this problem i hope this thread can help each other to fix it.
So if I can't browse and just type in the words does it still Cipher anything? i wonder lol
