DLL editor

Hi all, i'm new in this and i'm looking for a DLL editor.
I found a hack that is very good but every 2 minutes it auto-write "I'm using a wallhack powered by ******"
Please can anyone teach me how to modify it? I want to remove that sentence or even easyer change it for "HAHAH i killed you!" or something similar.

You can't dlls are meant to be edited
