I see some people recording with low FPS systems.
For those of you with low powerd systems use these tips.

1: Set your video FPS Set as costom. Then set it your normal fps.

2: Set Half size. It will lower the quilty but up Performance.

3: Sound Capture can slow some computers down. I don't find it hurts my fps at all. Set to stereo.

4: Hide mouse, lock framerate.
