MW2 on Ubuntu Linux
Sup people.

I have Ubuntu and there are programs on ubuntu which allow to play windows games like mw2.
But the installation is different..
My mw2 is downloading right now on torrent.(SKIDROW)
Once it's done downloading i maybe know how to install it, but if some of you have mw2 on linux already then a simple tutorial would be great .
Thanks
You're probably going to need Wine. Apparently you right-click on the executable and click 'Allow executing as a program'. I'm not an Ubuntu user but that should work.

a quote from the creator of alteriw Client NTAutoritie
The current and next versions of alteriw will not be able to be emulated to ubuntu regardless there will probably be a unoficial linux client created by some random developer.

This was the awser given to me about 3 months ago from nta so no its not currrently possible to use ubuntu to run it.
Ill leave a tut here when i find a way right now you can only run skidrow basic not patched with wine+winetricks
