need some help/advice

beginning today i have been getting a error: "IDS_APP_SHUTDOWN_1" everytime i try to start the game it goes black then the ending banner shows up with a small banner saying: "IDS_APP_SHUTDOWN_1". i tried reinstalling ca, and im not running any hacks, no mods being used. was gonna log a ticket but i remembered i wouldnt hear back from nexon for a month or so, so if anyone could help me that would ROCK!

1- Scan computer to eliminate malwares, spywares and the viruses from your laptop.
2- Repair and clean Windows registry.


if you can not repair it manually try any registry cleaner but download it from some authentic source like always use intel's partners software because these are quality checked and tested by professionals

OR run CA Cleaner (Wich is the best method) :3
