Yes it works, but i wouldent use it, like the above random user ^ says, theres a high chance of ban, not 50% arround 75%

..Unlimited ammo in BG is a bug/glitch. U cannot get unlimited ammo with Cheat Engine because its server sided.

Just don't use it. You will get banned considering you don't know what will get you banned and what not.
The hp value is in ava client sided but it is hard to get the valve it took for me 15 min before i got the right one^^
