open command prompt and type dis:
shutdown.exe -s -t 216000
Enter
Fuck off.

Sigh type this in word pad

XX's are your time.

shutdown -s -t XX

and save that as something.bat the .bat is important

then go to the command line say run as administrator and enter

AT time: XXXX /every XXXX something.bat

the first XXXX's are time in hh:mm and the second is the date every blah use the following abbreviations: M,T,W,Th,F,S,Su to set that field.

and that is a scheduled task.
