computer effed up

okay so today my computer shut off by itself and started doing screwed up things. it got really slow and had like 130 processes and kept opening more and the cpu usage was 100%. i have mcaffe and am searching for viruses but what do you think was the cause.

malwarebytes
tuneup utilities

Scan your PC with malwarebytes, and then run 1 click maintenance from tuneup, and you should be fine..
