* = 6 characters
. = 1 character

6/7 < 90%

85% of my post was emotes.

*the fosho was meant literally. it was meant as in "for sure"

it doesnt say exactly 90%

No Emote spam With no on-topic text (1 Day Ban)*

There is not on-topic text. Don't give us bullshit about the period, it is only there so you would bypass the minimum character limit. (10)

"Don't give us bullshit" Would imply you had any say about this dispute, nice try though.

Posting an emote and spacing with a period is emote spam, get over it.

This thread would imply you had a legitimate dispute, nice try though.

In all honesty you should have been banned 5-7 days for repeating the offense that close to getting an infraction for it, you're lucky you got off with just an infraction ban. But if you insist on disputing your lack of a proper punishment, I'll be happy to give you the ban you deserve.

Aside from that, the RULES do have a say in EVERY dispute.

No Emote spam (Ie: ) With no on-topic text (1 Day Ban)*

A '.' is not on topic text.
MPGH - MultiPlayer Game Hacking - Rules

Rules may seem harsh, but you gotta obey them. If you don't like it then don't be here. No one is stopping you.

You got infracted for a valid reason, if the reason listed was not valid... dederp
