Hex editing

Hey I need a hand with some hex edits. I am trying to remove the adds off of a maple story hack but I don't know if what I am trying to do is possible via hex editing. Basically the add I am trying to remove/edit is in the drop down section of a too strip menu. I have changed the destination of the link but I cannot change the writing on the tool strip. Does anyone know how to do this or if it's possible or not

Maybe you should read some tuts before you try it, or ask us for help. I am decent with Hex Edits because i work on game translation

Well If you know of a tut then I would be happy to read it however I was unsuccessful in finding one, and I am asking fro help? If you think you know how to do what I am asking please let me know.

Thanks but I've already tried that method and it will only change the function of the button and not the look.
