Vindictus Console Guide?

im currently just a leecher, but i was wondering if anyone would be willing to create a good tutorial for making a vindictus console, i have Microsoft Visual C# 2010 Express and was wondering if someone could make a project-like file that could be downloaded, basically a project with short code lines and lots of explanatory comments and such to make it understandable to a noob like me :/ just wondering if that would be possible at all

edit 2: Hell_Demons looks good but i dont know where to get the source SDK, i know it says how but my steam account doesnt have halflife or anything like that

Seriously? HD's tutorial is good. Just get a game that gives you Source SDK. like Team fortress 2 which is free.

theres like 3 versions of the SDK though, for me anyways. theres source SDK, source SDK 2006 and source SDK 2007. any idea which would be the best for making a console?

i didnt say it was bad i said i liked it, i just dont know where the sdk is, does the team fortress 2 one work well for you?

Download them all, then follow HD's tut he explains how to start a mod.

okay i followed Hd's tut, but how would i use this code to make a console?

and does the sdk.h have to be seperate from the .cdd coding? like a different addition to client_hl2?

edit 1: hmmm and id probably need more coding knowledge to get any console i make to work like DanKsole or Hell_demon's ViP console wouldnt i?

edit 2: and in express i didnt get the option to remove precompiled headers, would i do this manually somehow? or is it not neccessary in express?

edit 3: and would i need more than the microsoft express visual studio? would i need to buy the full version or does express work well enough?

First-AllocConsole

HD's tut is the code base needed to interact with the game. You should know that the method of sending commands in that tut pEngineClient->ClientCmd is patched. I am not willing to post the new method publicly, maybe HD will help you privately, dunno.

I'm not sure what you meant by your second question.. But sdk.h and whatever.cpp are separate files, if that was your question.

@edIT1 Well yeah, you aren't going to get very far without knowledge of c++ and the source engine.. Or at least like in my case the ability to stumble through it and learn as you go (also soliciting help from the right ppl.::evilgrin).

@edIT 2- This is a minor flaw in HD's tut.. First create your hack.cpp and sdk.h, then go to properties and remove the pre-compiled header and the other 'cleanup' steps.

@edIT3 The free express version is fine and what most people use, myself I use full version of 2010 though.

and yes i kinda figured this method would be a bit outdated seeing as how only his and your consoles/non-console thingy's work atm

ill try and get better with C++ maybe before asking for too much help of anyone (dont want to go wasting people's time
