Please help with vegas

I cant seem to get vegas opened, every god damn time this fcking error happens, 1st I tried it with the vegas 10 trial 32-bit, same error, and now vegas 8.0 pro, same error. I need vegas I want to magic bullet my montages, and feel that its necessary for montages.

I use vista 32-bit

lol dont tell me to "research it" i researched trust me, i have latest .net framework as well.

Hmm tried to reinstalling it? With complete uninstall + CCleaner + reboot?

Done it

i even made DEP unblock it(Data execution prevention) still no progress.

look how sht that looks without vegas

You could also keep the latest framework version you got, and uninstall all the other old framework versions.
Try that.
