noNoob Mod - Blacklisted Guns + Admin menu

Hello guys,

this is my first mw2 mod. I don't know if there is already the same or a similar mod. I just wrote this mod for my buddy and myself. It is a really simple mod, sometimes i just want to play some normal games but there is always this little bitch with his noobtubes or his g18's trying to get kills. And that just pisses me off. So i wrote this mod, everytime someone try to choose a blacklisted weapon, they loose all weapons and just get an USP with max ammo and a little message telling them to change class.

Features:
- Blacklisted weapons (Noobtube, M21, WA2000, RPG, AT4, AA12, G18)
- People who try to use blacklisted weapons will loose all weapons and get USP + a message
- Integrated MW2 Ultimate Admin System v3
- Pressing [actionslot +1] will get you lvl 70 and unlock all (for the guys who always ask if you can hack them lvl 70..)

It is compatible with all maps and all gametypes!
