HELP with mods!!

I don't know where this thread should go to? Help? Or mod section?

Anyways, I need help with mods. I'm sooo confused on how to put a mod in combat arms folder. And I don't know how to inject the mod .REZ and stuff. Please help me!!! I want someone to tv me and explain everything to me. Please DO NOT give me a link to another thread. I read all threads about mods, and I still need help.

I will give my teamview ID and pass and I want someone to do it for me.
