Don't use a proxy, it slows the hell out of your downloads. Just download torrents, you shouldn't encounter any problems from your ISP. If you do, just lie to them and say someone must be stealing your internets.

and i have the same download speeds with proxys as i do normal

Your ISP is not likely to trace you for downloading things unless you exceed a very high limit (like 250GB/month), but they won't necessarily do anything unless they have been specifically asked to do so by authorities (and that's usually per person). So your in no danger of your ISP tracing you, just the peers that connect (use some sort of IP Filtering tool, such as Peer Guardian or BlueTack's uTorrent ipfilter.dat.

Download via VPN, or download ********** links (not sure if this works), or rent a private server and do HTTP dls from it.
