Visual mods help

can some one help me with the mods like succubus and tieve and nude mods
i have modded before on games like mabinogi (much easyer) so i understand the ways of doing it (put the files in the proper folders in en-us>data[whutever]
but the problem is I DONT HAVE A DATA FOLDER >.< i have the good stuff lite
i swaped file studio (as normal) i have tried makeing a data folder [and the other appropriate stuff inside it (materials&models) but at this point whenever
i want to play it said (sync binary file extended or something and sais i have to re-install so far i have installed vindictus 7 time trying to get succubus mod
i rly rly rly want it can someone help?

You make the data folder, all the mods that are public should be easy to install, they should have the data folder too.
Make a data folder in en-us, named Data.. that is all.
