Would an MSG account on Combat Arms NA, with 0 perms, but with 100k GP be worth 10$?

Never have been hacked before and full info

Well 25k nx = 125k gp
20k nx = 100k gp
That's how i view it, cause 1 perm = $25 = 125k gp
but people in MPGH will not offer that price.
