Like if you had it for mk 2 before? It will be the regular one, but once you get the 100 kills (isn't too hard) it'll be mk 2 for however long you have the gun left for

Ask bubba first at the bottom of the job list, then get the 100 kills

And yes, but sometimes though stats r lowered and others get better.
Like the AA12 more firepower but slowed down...
