And yes, but sometimes though stats r lowered and others get better.
Like the AA12 more firepower but slowed down...

power does matter, firerate is eassilly modded. so even if a gun was lowered by 10 on firerate you could just model edit to make same firerate but it would retain the damage.

opk is the best wepon

No new weapons great. Just upgrades to all the shitty guns

at least upgrades make them better, and mp5 and skorp black mod arent that bad.
