So i have a custom skin that i made to put on my l96
do i just go to the combat arms folder and do a drag and drop?

There's a tutorial section for a reason

Save as DTX.
Use DTX Convert to make it a Nexon file.
Inject/Place in proper file/folder.
If injected, rename the .reznew to .rez and replace the old .rez.
If in folder, make a backup and delete the .rez file.
Run Combat Arms.
Profit???
