Not to be a critic, or an asshole, but in terms of "real" hacking; Remote Access Trojans and keyloggers are not what hacking is all about. Maybe that's a good beginner step for people who want to learn more about hacking, and possibly even networking which will better improve their hacking skills in the future. Though, I am glad that you are helping people who are unfamiliar with Remote Access Trojans and keyloggers.
