How can i fix this error? 
Are you using One Hit Kill? If so, it makes errors like that in Team Death Match, Mutation Mode, and Hero Mode. Any other mode is fine. 
I don't use one hit hmm.
Are you getting glitched into a box, crate, or any other sort of object? Usually when people are around you, you can accidently get "pushed" which then causes you to get into the specific spot.
Ehm i was on spawn place of Egypt.

it was 1 way to fix this one hit kill error in td,hm,mm with c.e. 2 weeks ago,but it was patched so fast :/
just look it up on google should come up with some sort of help

Shooting while reloading give you Cf cilent
The Problem i found is When you shoot while reloading, it gives you cf cilent,yes it's No reload, So i suggest you-DONT RELOAD WHILE SHOOTING. DO THIS
---------->RELOAD THAN SHOOT
NEVER DC!!!!
UNLESS YOU USE AIMBOT.
if you really want to use no reload, try to use m60, yeah it's Hot.
