I wasn't sure if your aware of this or not but it has false detections when aimed at red checkpoints. Is this something that's fixable or should I just try to avoid aiming at them?

I've added a Shift WASD check which disables the bot if you're running (or if you have those held down) so that will significantly reduce the false positives once you get used to the "Temp Off" ability, as you can hold shift W while climbing ladders so you don't have to pause the bot, or when using weapons like a JG you don't waste rounds while running.
Probably someone already asked this, or mention this but, what does trigger bot contains?

I am very interested in this! This would definitely help me deal with some of those douche bag aimers.
I dont get it not work for me. it shoots at red objects but not players when crosshair red.

Did you mess with the trigger colors?
Did you use a preset? If yes then which presets did you use. If no, then USE THE FRIGGEN PRESETS! :P
Be sure you set the exact scan parameters.
If you don't, it won't scan the right area, thus not shooting when the crosshair is red :3
