i've disabled uac... run as administrator.. uninstalled AVG... cancelled windows firewall.. got the frame thingy... its not working!! i also got it compatibility mode on xp2...

UPDATE your vid drivers and installe directx9/10 maybe it will work

don't disable everything? unless you want a virus?

Just disable antivirus, firewall and if on vista, run on administer.
