U cant change positions of flags that u can capture. They are in the map placed.

He can disable the pre-set flag and make a new one.
That is one way to do it.
But it requiers some brain
Need to copy some codes from CtF :P
And set models and so on, and need to disable the other flag or hide it in some boxes.
